S confirmed the EIN is obtained (2026-07-30), so it comes off the before-people-are-paid bundle and the "~2026-07-24" estimate resolves. The number itself isn't recorded here — it belongs in the organizational consent's blank, not in a planning doc. That meeting is now the single gating item and worth saying plainly: the bank-account resolution, the ratification of the incorporator's acts, and the EIN blank all live in that one unheld document, which is the last thing still marked DRAFT. Also noted a rendering wrinkle found while working in records: the consent's filename and `date:` are the literal placeholder `2026-07-XX`. press splits collections by STRING comparison, so it sorts into Meetings' Upcoming (correct — it is to-be-held) only until 2026-08-01, after which '2026-07-XX' < the reference date and it slides silently into Past while still captioned "to be held". Not worth a code change; filling in the real date fixes it. |
